Parking & Approach:

There is a level parking area adjacent to the farmhouse, with parking, if necessary, alongside the ground floor rooms.

There is one access step 4” high, a portable ramp can be made available.

There is all-night internal and external lighting.

Bedrooms:

Garden and Wisteria Rooms are both ground level rooms and are accessible by wheelchairs.

Garden Room is ensuite, carpeted with a king-size bed and accessed on both sides. 

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a tiled floor and is accessible by wheelchair.

Lighting is generous with bedside lighting.  The flat screen DVD Tv has a remote control.

Wisteria Room has a separate bathroom 1 metre across the corridor from the bedroom and is accessible by wheelchair.  It has a Victorian style slipper bath with shower over, and has a tiled floor.  Please note this bath is high-sided. 

The bedroom is fully carpeted with a kingsize bed and has acess to both sides.  Lighting is good with bedside lighting.  The flat screen DVD TV is remote controlled.

Badger Room is accessed via a straight carpeted flight of stairs (13 steps) to a well-lit small landing area with a strong handrail to the left hand-side.

The carpeted ensuite bedroom has a zip-&-link bed which can be a twin room of two 3’ wide beds or 1 6’ superking size bed.  The room is well lit with dimmable lighting and bedside lighting.  There is generous space around the bed.  The flatscreen DVD TV is remote controlled. 

The ensuite has a large shower tray and tiled floor.

All bedrooms have electric sockets situated just above skirting board height.

Oak Room:

Breakfast is served in the Oak Room which is accessed via an external path sloped gradually up to the entrance.  There is a 4” entrance step with wide doors.

Garden & Paddock:

The garden is mainly level and lawned with wooden bench seating.  Some gravel and paving footpaths.  The paddock is accessed via a side gate.  It is sloping and uneven with meadow grass, but has a mowed walkway to a wooden bench at the far end.
